    Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?

    Yes, we do! Libra Roastery offers special wholesale pricing for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices. Visit our B2B & Wholesale page or contact our team at b2b@libraroastery.com to receive a customized offer.

    What are your delivery areas and times?

    We deliver across Egypt, with free delivery on orders over 800 EGP. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days depending on your location, and we deliver Sunday through Thursday.

     

    What is your return or refund policy?

    If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@libraroastery.com to start the process.
